Run command "regedit" from console to open Registry Editor. Net installed on the machine, follow steps below: Check for a REG_DWORD entry named Release. 
In the Registry Editor, open the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full. (You must have administrative credentials to run regedit.) From the Start menu, choose Run, enter regedit, and then select OK. Step 3: Create batch file to run on multiple computer. This will be located within your Windows 10 ISO in the Sources folder. NET Framework 3.5 and press OK to exit the window. 
All you need to do then is select the box besides. NET 3.5 Just follow the steps in the previous section to get to Windows Features.
